We are looking for an experienced Catering Manager for an established multi-faceted business - part of a national UK company catering for large groups serving company core to spec menus. You will have experience managing large high-volume catering/restaurant operations.

CATERING MANAGER - IS THIS YOU?

A background managing high volume catering/restaurant operations

Strong financial acumen – managing P & L’s, costs, budgets and labour

A very keen eye for detail and passion for high standards

Excellent communication, organisation and people management skills

The ability to hire and train great people – coach, lead, develop and motivate

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

A strong desire to further develop your career

CATERING MANAGER – YOU WILL:

Recruit, train, develop, lead, motivate and performance manage the team

Work closely with the head chef and other senior managers to deliver an unforgettable experience

Control costs, budgets, labour and stock

Ensure that the catering operation complies to all regulations and legal requirements

Give consistently excellent customer service

Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front

Work with company systems, procedures and policies
