Key Responsibilities:

• Running your own section during service
• Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
• Supporting junior chefs within the kitchen
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
• Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef
• Ensuring consistency and quality across every service

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
• Passion for fresh food and quality cooking
• Ability to work well during busy services
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
