Brighton i360 is more than just one of the city's most iconic attractions - it's a busy hospitality destination with a vibrant café, bars, events and private functions, all set against one of the best views on the south coast.

We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and play a key role in delivering fresh, high-quality food across our busy operation.

Whether it's daytime café service, private events or seasonal trading, no two days are ever the same.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to take the next step in a supportive, fast-paced kitchen.

The Role

Working alongside our Head Chef and wider kitchen team, you'll help deliver consistently high standards while keeping service running smoothly during busy periods.

You'll be responsible for:

Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standardRunning your section efficiently during service

Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards

Supporting junior chefs and helping develop the wider team

Working closely with colleagues to deliver smooth, organised service

Contributing ideas for seasonal menus and daily specials

Helping maintain a clean, safe and well-organised kitchen

About You

You'll already have experience working in a busy kitchen and enjoy the pace and teamwork that hospitality brings.

You might already be a Chef de Partie, or a confident Demi Chef de Partie ready for your next challenge.

You'll bring:

Experience working in a fast-paced professional kitchen

Strong food preparation and cooking skills

Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

The ability to stay calm and organised during busy services

Great communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for fresh food and quality hospitality

Most importantly, you'll be someone who takes pride in every plate, supports your teammates and enjoys being part of a kitchen that delivers great food every day.
