Chef de Partie

Enhance Catering are recruiting Chef de Partie's to support catering operations across our client sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, hands-on chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, maintaining high standards, and being part of a professional kitchen team.

You will be an experienced Chef de Partie, with solid cooking skills, good organisation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in producing high-quality dishes and supporting your team.

What You'll be doing

Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal food to a consistently high standard

Supporting senior chefs with day-to-day kitchen operations

Maintaining excellent food safety and health & safety standards

Helping with food prep, service, and section management

Ensuring your area is clean, organised, and well-stocked

Working as part of a strong kitchen team

Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality of all dishes
