Chef de partie required for a Hotel in the North of the Lakes, this offers live in and has a restaurant and bar. This is a fresh food kitchen.

The role

As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, you will ensure everything runs smoothly in your kitchen section. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
