What We're Looking ForMultiple Michelin-starred experience is essential

Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef within a premium restaurant environment

A genuine passion for seasonal, ingredient-led cooking

Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop high-performing kitchen teams

Strong commercial awareness with experience managing GP, labour and kitchen operations

Calm, organised and confident under pressure

Exceptional attention to detail and consistently high standards

Right to work in the UK required
