The Role

As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business, leading from the front to deliver an outstanding guest experience while driving commercial performance.

You’ll be:

Inspiring, developing and leading a talented front- and back-of-house team

Maintaining exceptional service standards and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Driving sales, profitability and operational excellence

Managing budgets, stock, rotas and compliance

Building strong relationships within the local community

Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver a premium food and drink offering

About You

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a premium pub environment.

You will have:

Proven experience as a General Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up

A passion for great food, drink and genuine hospitality

Strong financial and business acumen

A natural ability to motivate and develop teams

Excellent organisational and communication skills

A real love for running a community-focused venue
