Head Chef – Quality Café - Restaurant – Lyme Regis

Up to £43,000 DOE + Tronc + Bonus, Straight Shifts

A brilliant opportunity for a creative, hands-on Head Chef to lead a busy fresh-food café/restaurant in Lyme Regis. Expect seasonal menus, stable team, and the autonomy to shape the food offer.

45 hours, mainly straight shifts

The role

Run the kitchen day-to-day with high standards

Deliver consistent, quality dishes across busy services

Develop menus and seasonal specials

Manage ordering, stock, GP and suppliers

Train, support and motivate your team

Maintain excellent food safety and compliance

About you

Head Chef or strong Sous ready to step up

Confident with fresh, seasonal cooking

Strong leadership and communication skills

Organised, calm and quality-driven

Passionate about local produce and modern café/restaurant food
