The Opportunity

Working within an ultra-luxury environment, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke dining experiences across a variety of settings, from elegant Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and refined tasting menus through to private beachfront BBQs, villa dining and exclusive guest events.

This role requires a chef who is as comfortable engaging directly with guests as they are leading a high-performing kitchen team. Personality, flexibility and a guest-centric approach are just as important as technical excellence.

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine within a luxury five-star hotel or resort environment.

Strong Michelin-starred background, having trained or worked within some of the world's leading fine dining establishments.

Exceptional culinary versatility with the ability to deliver a range of cuisines and dining styles to an impeccable standard.

Highly polished guest-facing skills with the confidence to interact directly with Ultra High Net Worth guests and tailor experiences around individual preferences.

Strong leadership capabilities with experience developing and mentoring culinary teams.

Calm under pressure, adaptable and solutions-focused.

Previous Caribbean, island resort or remote luxury destination experience would be highly advantageous.

Passionate, energetic and committed to delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
