Job Description
My client - an incredibly ambitious group are currently looking for a multi rosette experienced sous chef or head chef.
For this we are willing to offering a salary of 60k plus tronc on top brining the package to around 65k.
Ideal Candidate
•Strong background in fusion cuisine, ideally incorporating Middle Eastern or Asian ingredients and techniques
•Experience working towards or within AA Rosette standards, or a similarly quality-driven, fast-paced kitchen
•Creative approach to menu development with strong flavour knowledge
•Excellent leadership and team development skills
•Highly organised with strong financial awareness and food cost control
•Passionate about seasonal produce and modern sharing-style dining
•Willing to relocate to Bath for the right opportunity
