The Fox in Fair Oak is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Kitchen Manager to join our established team and help drive the next stage of our journey.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong kitchen leader who thrives on consistency, food safety, team development, and delivering great food every single day.

What You'll Be DoingAs Kitchen Manager, you will lead an existing kitchen team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure standards remain exceptional across every service.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team

Maintaining outstanding food safety and hygiene standards

Ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to specification

Managing stock control, ordering, and waste reduction

Delivering consistent quality across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services

Supporting recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the team

Ensuring compliance with all company procedures and legal requirements

Working closely with the General Manager to drive performance and guest satisfaction

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who takes pride in running a well-organised kitchen and understands that great hospitality starts with great standards.

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures

Experience managing stock, GP, labour, and kitchen administration

A positive attitude and a hands-on approach

A passion for fresh food and delivering consistently high standards

The ability to inspire and develop a team
