We are an authentic and growing Mexican restaurant in London seeking an experienced and passionate Chef/Cook to join our client's team.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook authentic Mexican dishes to a high standard.

Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Manage food preparation and kitchen operations efficiently.

Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.

Assist with menu development and seasonal specials.

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.

Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.

RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.

Experience with Mexican cuisine is essential.

Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

OfferCompetitive salary of £35,000 – £40,000 per year, depending on experience.
