About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Pakistani Cuisine Chef to join our busy restaurant in London. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of authentic Pakistani cooking techniques and be capable of preparing a wide range of traditional dishes to the highest standards.

Work permit sponsorship is available for suitable candidates who meet the relevant immigration requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook authentic Pakistani dishes, including curries, biryanis, kebabs, karahi, handi, and traditional bread varieties.

Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.

Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes.

Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.

Train and support junior kitchen staff where required.

Minimise food waste and ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Comply with all health and safety regulations.

RequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience preparing Pakistani cuisine in a professional kitchen.

Strong knowledge of traditional Pakistani cooking methods and spices.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures.

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
