The RoleAs Sous Chef, you’ll be the driving force behind daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality and smooth service. You’ll lead the team in the Head Chef’s absence, support with training and development, and help shape an exciting, evolving food offer.
What We’re Looking ForStrong experience as a Sous Chef or a confident Junior Sous ready to step up
Background in fresh-food, premium casual or high-end gastro environments
A calm, organised leader who brings out the best in their team
Passion for seasonal cooking and delivering high standards
Confidence managing prep, service, ordering and kitchen systems
