Salary up to £39,000
Additional service charge
KPI driven bonus, up to £10,000 per year

The RoleSous Chef to support the Head Chef in running a busy, high-volume kitchen
Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced service environment
Work across a dynamic menu with fresh, seasonal ingredients
Assist with stock control, ordering, and food cost management
Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen standards
Sous Chef required to help train, develop, and motivate junior chefs
Ensure smooth, efficient service during busy restaurant and bar trading hours
The RequirementsPrevious experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up
Experience in a high-volume, fresh food restaurant or bar environment
Strong leadership skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
Passion for great food and fast-paced service
Good understanding of kitchen operations, stock control, and food safety
A hands-on, positive, and reliable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ambition to grow within a fast-moving hospitality business
