An incredible opportunity has arisen for a talented Sous Chef to join a premium hospitality group as they prepare to launch a brand-new restaurant. This role would suit a passionate chef with experience in Asian cuisine who is looking to take the next step within a quality-driven, internationally recognised concept.

The Role

Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day management of kitchen operations

Playing a key role in the successful launch of a new restaurant

Leading and motivating the brigade during service

Maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation

Assisting with stock control, ordering, and labour management

Training and developing junior chefs

Ensuring all food safety and health & safety standards are maintained

Supporting menu execution and maintaining brand standards

About You

Currently working as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef

Experience within Asian cuisine is essential

Sushi experience would be highly advantageous

Strong understanding of fresh ingredients, preparation techniques, and quality standards

Comfortable working within fast-paced, high-volume environments

Passionate about great food and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to management
