We’re seeking a Sous Chef for a 5-star, award-winning, 5 Red Star, 2 Rosette Hotel in Cornwall. As Sous Chef, you’ll oversee a kitchen brigade, ensuring high standards and upholding the hotel’s esteemed reputation.

The Person
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a Junior Sous Chef, ready for progression, within a quality hotel, restaurant or event caterer is required.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential for this role; the rota will entail 48 hours per week over a mixture of shifts.
