Mon-Fri only with main hours being 7am to 3.30pm

A great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a corporate caterer based in Central Manchester and this is going to be a brand new kitchen and new equipment,, This is a Monday to Friday role with core hours being 7am to 3.30pm and you may do occasional evening overtime for events and functions which is paid after 40 hours
Working in a kitchens with team of around 7-8 and producing breakfast and lunches, All food is prepared from fresh so experience in a professional kitchen is required.
The Sous Chef will help to produce staff lunches each day, help on the grab and go section and salad bar. There is some hospitality which includes Buffets and Sandwich lunches as well. Also some dinners and events will be required.
We are looking for Sous chefs from either a Contract Catering environment or who have worked in restaurants with freshly prepared food offer who are wanting a better work / life balance with every weekend off! We are looking for chefs that have a stable work history with good time in previous roles.
A DBS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE TAKEN FOR THIS POSITION AND THIS ROLE STARTS 1st SEPTMBER
