Chef de Partie - Live In

Chef de partie required for a Great standard Restaurant & Hotel in the Bath area, with live in available if required. This kitchen uses fresh food, high standards, £33-34k basic salary + £3000 service charge & live in. 

The role

we are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background to run one of the sections in the kitchen. You will ensure your section is ready for service, prep your fridge and cook in service to a good rosette level. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties. 

Experience

We are looking for a chef de partie with good knife skills, use fresh food, from a rosette background.
