What We're Looking For: Current Junior Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
Background within fine dining, Michelin-starred, or premium restaurant environments
Strong technical cooking skills and attention to detail
Passion for seasonal ingredients and modern British cuisine
Experience supporting kitchen operations and leading sections during service
Positive attitude and desire to learn and develop
Strong organisational and communication skills
Right to work in the UK required
