They’re now looking for a passionate Head Chef to take the lead in a modern, well-equipped kitchen designed for fresh, seasonal cooking.

This is an ideal role for a chef who wants creative freedom, strong owner support and the opportunity to build on an already well-regarded food offering while putting their own stamp on the menu.

As Head Chef you will:

Have a full fresh food background

Have a passion for seasonal, locally sourced produce

Possess the ability to design and deliver menus that balance creativity with commercial awareness

Have strong leadership skills — able to inspire, train and develop a small, dedicated team

Be comfortable running the kitchen day-to-day: ordering, GP control, compliance and standards
