The Job Role
Head Chef within a superb Branded Restaurant
A fast paced kitchen within a recently refurbished property
A 7 day operation, working 5 days out of 7 Straight Shifts (No Split Shifts)
A Head Chef leading a brigade of 8 - 10 chefs + GA's
Busy Restaurant, 200+ Covers
The Requirements
A strong Head Chef with an exceptional hotel, gastro pub and/or restaurant background
A passionate foodie who also has the ability to produce a healthy GP
A self-starter who relishes staff development
