The role

As a Head chef you will run the kitchen and help move it to the next level, they cook lots of fresh fish and meats, showcasing Cornish produce. This Head Chef role will include all the standard head chef duties. 

Experience

We are looking for a fresh food head Chef who wants to be part of the journey to move the food forward in this operation. You will have great knife skills and be passionate about Cornish gastro pub food.
