What you'll be doingPreparing and delivering high-quality, freshly cooked dishes during busy service.

Running all sections of the kitchen confidently and efficiently.

Supporting and motivating the kitchen team to maintain high standards.

Helping develop menus, specials and seasonal dishes.

Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation and consistency.

Managing stock correctly, reducing waste and storing food safely.

Working closely with suppliers to maximise quality and value while maintaining strong GP targets.

Ensuring the kitchen remains clean, organised and compliant with all food safety and health & safety legislation.

Remaining calm under pressure and leading by example during busy services.

We're looking for someone whoHas at least 2 years' professional cooking experience.

Is confident running a fast-paced kitchen service.

Takes pride in producing consistently excellent food.

Is a positive leader who enjoys developing and supporting others.

Is organised, reliable and has excellent attention to detail.

Understands food cost control, stock management and kitchen efficiency.

Has a genuine passion for hospitality and fresh food.
