What's the Recipe?

You'll split your week between two fantastic venues:

?? 2 days in Lyndhurst - serving up quality pub grub and keeping guests happy.

?? 3 days in Romsey - a mix of lunch service and exciting events catering, with accommodation available if needed.

The Hours

? Shifts generally fall between 8:00am and 6:00pm

? Daytime-focused hours

? Less weekend work during the quieter winter months

? A varied role that keeps every week interesting

What We're Looking For

We're after a chef who can confidently step up when needed and help keep the kitchen running smoothly.

You'll ideally have:

? Experience in a busy fresh-food kitchen

? A positive, hands-on attitude

? The ability to support and lead the kitchen on the Head Chef's days off

? Confidence with both pub food and event catering

? A full driving licence or your own motorbike due to travel between sites
