This position is offered by a spectacular breathtaking multi cuisine restaurant about to open in Birmingham. This new establishment is a multi million pound testament to Asian themed hospitality excellence, created by a legendary giant of Birmingham's hospitality industry. 

Leading a team of senior personnel the role covers responsibility for the overall management and performance of the business, ensuring smooth and profitable daily operations across both front and back of house. This will entail overseeing all aspects of the business including, sales & marketing, HR, financial targets, property management (where applicable), as well aslegal compliances

Position: General Manager

Employer: Large and Luxurious Multi Cuisine Restaurant

Location: Birmingham

Gross salary package: Circa £45,000 (incl.share of tronc/serv.chge+target led bonus)**

Weekly working hours/days: up to 48 hours / 5 days (tbc)

To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements: -

Eligibility to live and work in UK

UKVI-compliant English literacy

Proven ability to lead, manage and coordinate all aspects of premium restaurant operations

Minimum 3 years (ideally 5) previous experience in a General Manager or senior restaurant management role

Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols

Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour

In addition, you should also have the following attributes: -

South health and fitness 

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in culinary arts or similar
