The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a busy and successful restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial performance and team engagement.

You will:

Lead, motivate and develop a talented front-of-house team

Deliver outstanding guest service at every touchpoint

Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service

Drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction

Recruit, train and coach team members to achieve their full potential

Monitor labour, stock control and departmental costs

Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness and compliance

Work closely with the Head Chef and senior leadership team to deliver a seamless guest experience

Support the delivery of private dining, events and special occasions

Create a positive, energetic and professional working environment

Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a quality-driven environment.

You will have:

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior restaurant leader within a premium restaurant, boutique hotel or luxury hospitality environment

Strong leadership and team development skills

Excellent knowledge of food, wine and service standards

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience

Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and labour costs

The ability to remain calm and professional during busy service periods

Outstanding communication and organisational skills

A proactive and positive approach to leadership
