As Sous Chef, you will work closely alongside the Head Chef in leading a skilled brigade, maintaining consistently high standards, and helping to shape a menu that celebrates fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

The RoleSupport the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen

Lead services with confidence, ensuring quality and consistency throughout

Mentor and develop junior members of the team

Assist with menu development, seasonal dishes, and daily specials

Manage stock control, ordering, and food cost targets

Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organisation

Help foster a positive and professional kitchen culture

About YouPrevious experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef within a quality-led kitchen

A genuine passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients

Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team

Calm and organised under pressure

Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
