The ideal candidate will have experience working with pan-Asian cuisine, excellent wok skills, and a genuine passion for delivering fresh, vibrant food in a high-volume environment.

We're looking for someone who:

Is an experienced Head Chef, or a strong Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step

Has a solid background in pan-Asian cuisine

Has strong wok cooking experience within a busy fresh food kitchen

Is confident leading high-performing kitchen teams

Has excellent knowledge of labour control, GP, stock management, and kitchen performance

Leads by example with a positive, hands-on management style

Thrives in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality or consistency
