As we continue to grow across the UK, we're looking for passionate Wok Chefs to join our teams in Covent Garden, Centre Point, Selfridges, and Canary Wharf.

What You'll Do

As a Wok Chef, you'll prepare and cook high-quality wok dishes while maintaining the exceptional standards Din Tai Fung is known for. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared with precision, consistency, and care.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable chefs who thrive in a busy kitchen and take pride in producing high-quality food.

You'll be a great fit if you:

Have experience as a Wok Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or in a similar kitchen role.

Have strong knife skills and excellent food preparation techniques.

Have experience in Chinese or Asian cuisine or an understanding of traditional Chinese cooking techniques such as wok hei (desirable, but not essential).

Are eager to learn and develop your culinary skills.

Flexible to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with some shifts finishing at 10:30 PM.
